Regulation of RAZOR PRODUCTION's online store

1. The store accepts orders by the intervention of the form avilible on our website or by phone: +48 664 73 65 44 where after choosing a proper product and clicking on its price you add it to your "SHOPPING CART", and then after clicking the "ORDER" button the chosen product is automaticly brought to the orders from.
2. After making an order you will recieve an e-mail comfirming our accteptance of your order. The e-mail will contain the register of products ordered by you, their unit prices, combined price, postage cost and also the way and presumable time of delivery.
3. The time of your order's accomplishment is from 3 to 30 labour days ... from the moment of its making. Your orders will be accomplished if the product ordered by you will be in our stock - if it will not you will be informed about it and you will be able to use one of these possibilities:

• a partly accomplishment of the order (you can take order something that we acctually have in stock);
• choosing an alternative product;
• a longer time of order's accomplishment (until we get the product in our stock again);
• or just simply cancel your order.

These little difficulties may be made by the lack of products at ours tradesmen, edition's exhaustion etc. By some time you willunderstand that part of our titles is unavalible at all, but the razor.com.pl website will become also an information site and you'll be able to find out some interesting things here...

  - up to 1.000 g - 8.00 euro;
  - up to 2.000 g - 15.00 euro;
  - over 2.000 g - 20.00 euro
• USA / Canada / Africa :
  - up to 500 g - 7.00$ ;
  - up to 1.000 g - 13.00$ ;
  - up to 2.000 g - 26.00$ ;
  - over 2.000 g - 34.00$
• South America / Asia:
  - up to 500 g - 8.00$ ;
  - up to 1.000 g - 15.00$ ;
  - up to 2.000 g - 32.00$ ;
  - over 2.000 g - 40.00$

When your order is over 80 euros or 100 dolars - the postage is free + a bonussss!!!

6. Complaints and returns:
   If you will find some hidden defects after recieving the product you have 14 days to send it back by the postal delivery on our address with the defect's description. Your compalint will be examined within two days after recieving the delivery. A damaged product will be exchanged on the of standard value product or if it will not be possible (because of lack of the product in stock or something like that) you will recieve our offer for an alternative product or you will choose something by yourself or we will just give you the product's equivalent.
   Acording to the act from march the 2nd year 2000 "Of the protection of some consumer's rights and responsibility for the damage made by a dangerous product" within 10 days from recieving the delivery you can resigne from the bought product without giving us a reason, but remember! that this is only possible when the product was not used and it will be sent back in the original, untouched package along with the reciept or the invoice written out by Razor Production.
